Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney to assist with litigation in its high-volume foreclosure practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the firm's foreclosure and litigation departments
• Maintain high-quality work while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure adherence to firm policies
• Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively resolve cases

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Detailed knowledge of creditors' rights legal representation, including real estate and foreclosure
• Working knowledge of civil procedure rules as they apply to foreclosure matters
• Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes
• South Carolina barred for at least 5 years
• J.D. from an accredited law school and Bachelor's Degree required
