Key Responsibilities

• Handles complicated attorney tickets, issues, or complaints with appropriate documentation and resolution
• Investigates inquiries regarding hearing report results, attorney performance, and attorney history
• Processes and manages Failure to Appears (FTA's) and filtered attorneys while identifying training needs

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
• Solid computer skills
• Preferred experience in AI
• Preferred legal experience
