Job Summary

Seeking a South Carolina Licensed BCBA, the full-time position in Summerville will manage a small caseload while supervising clinic staff, developing treatment plans, and conducting behavioral assessments, with up to 20% remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and train clinical team members as the team leader for the local clinic
• Develop and manage treatment plans for new and established clients
• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments and ensure compliance with insurance requirements

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Current BCBA Certification
• Licensed to practice by state(s) in which services are being provided
