Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Remote BCBA (South Carolina Licensed) will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans, setting measurable goals and objectives
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification
- Master's Degree
- Residency in South Carolina
- Strong leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care
