South Carolina Licensed Behavioral Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical reviews for ABA and autism-related services and monitor provider adherence to best practices
• Provide education and consultation to network providers and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Contribute clinical expertise during outpatient rounds and participate in regulatory audits and corrective action planning

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
• 3 years of experience in behavioral health, including 2 years in applied behavioral analysis for autism spectrum disorder
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Extensive knowledge of CMS, Medicaid, HIPAA, NCQA, and URAC standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records and utilization review platforms
