South Carolina Licensed Care Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Supervisor (Remote in SC).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of assigned staff and oversee the implementation of specialty programs
• Conduct staff performance reviews, approve time and leave, and ensure excellent customer service
• Collect data for outcomes reporting and maintain compliance with URAC/NCQA standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree in a job-related field or graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• 5 years of relevant work experience in health promotion, health education, or healthcare
• 1 year of experience in a team lead or leadership role
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure or equivalent professional healthcare licensure
• Certification in Case Management by a URAC accrediting body within 3 years of hire (for non-Medicaid only)
