Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Administrator Coordinator (Remote in SC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the outpatient authorization process, ensuring benefit coverage and eligibility
  • Complete authorization by following established policies and procedures
  • Document processes and decisions accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Licensed Practical Nursing or Licensed Vocational Nursing
  • Three years of experience in managed care, healthcare, physician's office, or insurance setting
  • Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN licensure in the state of hire or active compact multistate unrestricted LPN license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
