Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Administrator Coordinator (Remote in SC).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the outpatient authorization process, ensuring benefit coverage and eligibility
- Complete authorization by following established policies and procedures
- Document processes and decisions accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Licensed Practical Nursing or Licensed Vocational Nursing
- Three years of experience in managed care, healthcare, physician's office, or insurance setting
- Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN licensure in the state of hire or active compact multistate unrestricted LPN license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
