Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Administrator Coordinator to support and maintain daily operations in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the outpatient authorization process, ensuring benefit coverage and eligibility
- Review interdepartmental requests and medical information to complete the utilization process
- Document processes and decisions accurately and timely in the appropriate system
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Licensed Practical Nursing or Licensed Vocational Nursing
- 3 years of managed care experience in healthcare, physician's office, or insurance setting
- Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN licensure in the state of hire or active compact multistate unrestricted LPN license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
