Job Summary

South Carolina Licensed Charge Capture Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for advising on charge codes, monitoring revenue trends, and ensuring compliance with billing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise departmental revenue owners on proper usage of charge codes and billing guidelines
• Monitor daily charge capture and revenue reconciliation, identifying operational trends
• Assist in system conversions and participate in revenue management projects to optimize charge capture processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent; or post-high school diploma/highest degree earned
• Five (5) years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Certification in one of the following: LPN, RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC, or CBCS
• Associate degree and four (4) years of healthcare revenue cycle experience may substitute for education requirements
• Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of charge description master/revenue integrity experience may substitute for education requirements
