Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster II (Property, Auto, & Liability).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate assigned claims, exercising independent judgment based on the complexity of each case
• Document activities, case plans, and settlements, providing necessary documentation to management and customers
• Direct litigation processes, negotiate settlements, and review independent adjustor reports to determine claim outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years job-related experience or Associate's degree with 2 years experience)
• 2 years of area-related adjusting experience
• Valid adjustor's license in required states or ability to acquire within 6 months if needed
• Ability to analyze laws, regulations, and contract language
• Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information related to claims
