South Carolina Licensed Clinical Patient Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Patient Services Representative to perform administrative duties supporting patient clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls to provide first call resolution for patient requests
• Notify the care team of urgent patient needs per established protocols
• Coordinate telehealth services and assist with patient portal enrollment

Required Qualifications

• Certificate as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required
• Minimum of two (2) years as a MA/LPN required
• Prior experience with Electronic Medical Record in a physician office environment required
• Competency with Microsoft Office applications required
• Demonstrated experience with strong interpersonal communication skills required
