Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Supervisor to oversee hospital coding operations and ensure quality and productivity in coding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise coding staff, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate team meetings
• Ensure accurate coding assignments and adherence to official coding guidelines
• Collaborate with other departments to address documentation gaps and improve coding efficiency

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in HIM/Healthcare Administration or equivalent work experience (6 years in coding)
• Expertise in ICD-10 CM/PCS, HCPCS, and CPT-4 coding systems
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer regulations
• Ability to work closely with healthcare providers for accurate documentation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
