Job Summary

To support a growing collection team, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Collection Representative will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements for past-due medical balances, and consistently exceed performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiate payment arrangements that align with consumer needs and company goals
• Handle high-volume calls with professionalism, maintaining accurate documentation
• Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, compliance, and collections

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Ability to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year
• Experience navigating multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously
• Reliable with a strong commitment to punctuality and productivity
• Must be a resident of South Carolina
