Job Summary

To support a growing collection team, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Collection Representative will manage high-volume calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and exceed performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Negotiate payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all required laws and standards

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously
• Reliability and responsibility in maintaining a structured work schedule
• Clear initial, ongoing, and annual identity, criminal, and background checks
