Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced South Carolina Licensed Commercial Underwriter, the full-time remote position will manage large volumes of files for National Commercial transactions while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, and sales representatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders during commercial transactions
- Review title insurance products and collaborate with legal teams as necessary
- Manage transaction pipelines, ensuring critical dates and follow-ups are met
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of related transaction experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SoftPro Select preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
