Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced South Carolina Licensed Commercial Underwriter, the full-time remote position will manage large volumes of files for National Commercial transactions while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, and sales representatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders during commercial transactions
• Review title insurance products and collaborate with legal teams as necessary
• Manage transaction pipelines, ensuring critical dates and follow-ups are met

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of related transaction experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SoftPro Select preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
