Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive South Carolina Licensed Corporate Counsel, the remote full-time position will provide legal support across corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate documents, including contracts and governance materials
- Maintain organized legal files and assist with corporate compliance and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a legal resource for cross-functional teams, providing practical legal guidance and support on various projects
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Approximately 1-2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate law or commercial contracts
- Demonstrated interest or experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal technology platforms
