Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel to support employment and privacy law functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on employment law matters and assist in compliance with relevant laws
• Advise on privacy laws and assist in drafting privacy-related policies and contractual terms
• Support business constituents and collaborate with other members of the legal department

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in at least one state bar
• 0-3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in employment or privacy law
• Strong organizational skills and experience in process improvement and project management
