Job Summary

South Carolina Licensed Customer Service Representative is a full-time remote position responsible for managing customer inquiries related to billing and insurance, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while exceeding performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex billing and insurance issues
  • Provide payment options and facilitate processing of payments for customer accounts
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
  • Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding is preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
