Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Instructor for the Doctor of Health Administration program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach 2-3 doctoral-level courses per academic year in a hybrid and/or online format
• Deliver high-quality instruction and provide constructive feedback on assignments
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure academic quality and maintain current course content

Required Qualifications:

• Earned terminal degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., DHA, Ph.D., DBA, Ed.D.)
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare leadership, management, or related fields
• Record of professional and/or scholarly achievement appropriate for doctoral-level teaching
• Experience in teaching in doctoral or executive-level graduate programs is preferred
• Experience with hybrid and online learning-management systems is advantageous
