Job Summary
To support a growing medical center, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Dietitian will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for patients, collaborating with a healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes while participating in an on-call remote weekend and holiday rotation.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support long-term wellness for patients and the community
- Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
Required qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Licensed Dietitian in South Carolina or willing to obtain licensure
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Specialty certification when required
