Job Summary

A company is looking for an Open Rank Faculty - Division Director for the Master of Science in Healthcare Quality & Safety program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the MSHQS division, ensuring alignment with departmental and institutional goals
• Engage in administrative leadership, resource management, and faculty mentorship to enhance program quality and student success
• Lead admissions and recruitment efforts to attract high-quality students and represent the program at professional events

Required Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration/Management, Business Administration/Management, Health Services Management, or a related field
• Evidence of successful teaching experience in a Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Quality and Safety program
• Demonstrated potential to develop a successful research program and grant activity in the relevant fields
