Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foster Care Coordinator to support youth and caregivers in foster placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and provide case management and support to foster families
• Coordinate services, manage documentation, and collaborate with internal staff and community partners
• Engage in marketing and outreach efforts to increase visibility of the foster care program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Must have a valid Driver License and meet credentialing standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must pass a drug screening test and extensive background check
