Job Summary

As a South Carolina Licensed Foster Care Coordinator, the full-time hybrid position will manage foster placements by providing case management, conducting home visits, and supporting foster families, while also engaging in marketing and outreach efforts to enhance program visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and provide case management and support to foster families
• Coordinate services, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Engage in community outreach and marketing efforts to recruit and support new foster homes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Valid Driver License and ability to meet credentialing and licensing standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and designation as a Qualified Professional in SC
• Ability to pass a drug screening test and an extensive background check
