Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Health Insurance Agent will provide remote assistance to clients by answering inbound calls, making outbound follow-ups, and guiding individuals in selecting appropriate insurance products.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and selecting suitable products through inbound and outbound calls
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty and trust
  • Manage the workflow of applications for Medicare consideration and address related inquiries
Required qualifications
  • Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in South Carolina
  • At least one year of previous sales experience, preferably in insurance sales
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
