To support a growing immigration practice, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Immigration Counsel will focus on reviewing immigration petitions for various U.S. employment visas while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and manage immigration petitions for a full range of U.S. employment visas
- Participate in the firm's annual in-person all-attorney retreat and utilize extensive learning resources
- Collaborate with a team of experienced immigration lawyers and paralegals to develop client strategies
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in South Carolina
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business immigration law
- Experience in a high-volume business immigration practice group
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Strong skills in research, writing affidavits, and case management
