Job Summary
To support patient health outcomes, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Inpatient Care RN will work remotely to assess and manage inpatient care needs, ensuring proper utilization of health services while collaborating with healthcare professionals and clinical teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform initial and concurrent reviews of inpatient cases using evidence-based criteria
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and discuss plans-of-care for patients
- Facilitate timely and appropriate care, including discharge planning and management of delays in services
Required qualifications:
- Active, Unrestricted RN License in South Carolina
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in acute inpatient or similar settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and clinical platforms
- Designated workspace with secure high-speed internet access
- Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST with required weekend rotations
