Key Responsibilities

• Assist business customers with their unique insurance needs through inbound calls
• Educate customers about coverage options and tailor products to their business requirements
• Utilize provided technology and systems to facilitate the sales process

Required Qualifications

• Active Producer's/Sales Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Ability to work evening hours as late as 11 pm ET after training
• Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
• High-speed internet and a wired connection to the computer provided
