Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and submit necessary documentation to resolve claim issues
• Follow up until payment is received or all recourse is exhausted, maintaining records as per company policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare revenue cycle environment focused on insurance billing and collections
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare insurance, managed care, and reimbursement methodologies
• Understanding of medical terminology and basic anatomy
• Knowledge of various codes used in health insurance claims
