South Carolina Licensed Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

Providing remote customer service representative (CSR) support, the fully remote South Carolina Licensed Insurance Specialist will ensure compliance with client contracts, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain client confidentiality while managing multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure contractual obligations to clients are met, including accurate timekeeping
• Communicate proactively with leadership, internal staff, and clients regarding project status
• Identify additional client needs and offer solution-based services

Required qualifications

• Minimum one year of independent insurance experience
• Experience with Vertafore agency management systems preferred
• Insurance P&C License strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and service procedures
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts
