Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and development
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence while managing cases from inception through resolution
  • Handle discovery, attend hearings, and communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications
  • Active Bar admission in South Carolina (required)
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred (entry-level candidates considered)
  • Strong legal research skills, with proficiency in tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
  • Prior experience in a litigation law firm is a plus
