Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Litigation Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and development
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence while managing cases from inception through resolution
- Handle discovery, attend hearings, and communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Active Bar admission in South Carolina (required)
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred (entry-level candidates considered)
- Strong legal research skills, with proficiency in tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Prior experience in a litigation law firm is a plus
