Job Summary
Building and maintaining client relationships, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process, leveraging their expertise in mortgage origination and local market knowledge while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and determine suitable loan products
- Establish and maintain a book of business to drive referral volume and revenue
- Represent the brand at community functions to support business development initiatives
Required qualifications
- Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating leads
- Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
