Job Summary
As a South Carolina Licensed Loan Officer, the full-time remote Executive Loan Officer will assist clients throughout the loan process, build relationships with referral sources, and provide expert guidance on mortgage products to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing while addressing any concerns
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and other referral sources to promote the Rocket brand
- Analyze clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products and educate them on the mortgage process
Required qualifications
- Experience in mortgage loan origination
- State and federal licenses for mortgage loan origination
- Proven track record of generating referrals and lead volume
- Strong understanding of loan programs, guidelines, and mortgage documents
- Ability to cultivate relationships and provide exceptional client service
