South Carolina Licensed Logistics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Analyst (REMOTE/Occasional Field Work) for South Carolina only.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy workforce management strategies and templates while analyzing trends related to call handle time and volume
• Maintain headcount/FTE requirements and propose solutions for gaps in coverage and staffing needs
• Provide production reporting and support system integrity for Workforce Management software and tools

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies and call center operations
• Expert level understanding of service objectives and contact center analytics
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, and Workforce Certification
