Job Summary

South Carolina Licensed LPN Coordinator, this full-time remote position involves performing medical surgical/pharmacy reviews and utilization management within the LPN/LBSW scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform authorization processes and ensure benefit coverage for medical/pharmacy services based on established guidelines
• Educate internal/external customers on medical reviews, coverage determinations, and UM processes
• Maintain current knowledge of contracts and make appropriate referrals to relevant staff

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field
• Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing or Licensed Vocational Nursing
• Two years of work experience as an LPN or LBSW
• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN licensure or active LBSW in the state of hire
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
