Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Medical Case Manager (Workers' Compensation).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephonic outreach for assessment and follow-up for case communication and coordination
  • Conduct and document initial assessments, maintaining regular contact with all parties involved
  • Coordinate contact with providers, claimants, and claims examiners to facilitate timely return to work dates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Three or more years of diverse clinical experience in caring for acutely ill patients
  • Three or more years of Managed Care and/or Workers' Compensation experience
  • Current, unrestricted RN license required
  • Diploma, associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, or a Master's level in a related field preferred
  • CCM, CPDM, COHN, or CDMS certification preferred
