Job Summary
To provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, the part-time South Carolina Licensed Mental Health Therapist will maintain a caseload of 7-20 clients while utilizing various therapeutic modalities and collaborating with other mental health providers as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to adult clients (18+) using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Utilize data to inform treatment adjustments based on client progress and collaborate with other providers for referrals
Required qualifications
- Active license and in good standing as a LISW-CP, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in South Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults (18+) and at least six months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments for tracking client progress, such as PHQ-9
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time dedicated to client sessions
