Job Summary
To support a dynamic mortgage team, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients with loan applications, present loan products, and conduct financial reviews while working remotely or onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Present and communicate company loan products and services to clients
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and necessary paperwork
- Conduct thorough reviews of client financial information to ensure loan eligibility
Required qualifications
- NMLS License required
- Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products
- Experience with Hard Money is a plus
- DRE License is a plus
