Job Summary

To support patient care from diagnosis through treatment, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Nurse Navigator will coordinate care, advocate for patients, and provide essential resources while working primarily onsite with one remote day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care to enhance efficiency and quality throughout their healthcare journey
• Serve as a patient advocate, providing psychosocial support and education to newly diagnosed patients and their families
• Identify and address barriers to care, ensuring appropriate referrals and resources are provided for patients

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• BSN Degree required; MSN preferred
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
• Minimum of 3 years of oncology-specific experience
• Certification in the appropriate specialized field within 2 years of employment
