Job Summary

To provide essential clinical care, the part-time contract South Carolina Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management through live video appointments, focusing on children, teens, and young adults in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based treatment and document recommendations while prescribing psychiatric medications

Required qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program or an accredited PA program with relevant certification
• Unrestricted state license in South Carolina
• A minimum of 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred for NPs and PA-Cs
• Experience or certification in treating minors is preferred
