Leading clinical operations across 100+ clinic locations in South Carolina, the full-time salaried South Carolina Licensed Nursing Director will oversee quality performance, develop clinical policies, and support onboarding and competency for clinical workflows within the ambulatory nursing department.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize quality performance across multiple clinic locations
- Develop and implement clinical policies and protocols to enhance patient-centered service
- Support onboarding and ongoing education for care team members to ensure competency in clinical workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- 5-7 years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in a management role preferred
- Experience leading multisite and multispecialty ambulatory operations preferred
