Job Summary
Providing occupational therapy services to K-12 students enrolled in virtual public schools, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Occupational Therapist will work remotely to conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and communicate with students, parents, and school staff.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs and service goals
- Conduct screenings and evaluations of students' occupational therapy needs, documenting findings and progress
- Collaborate with IEP teams and maintain compliance with federal, state, and school guidelines
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE accredited institution
- Valid NBCOT Certification and state licensure for Occupational Therapy
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a K-12 school setting
- Strong technology skills for remote service delivery and documentation
- Ability to work flexible hours during school hours (8 am to 8 pm)
