Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Document all actions and communications in client case files
• Interact with clients regarding case status, medical treatment, and personal injury claim processes
• Prepare, review, and edit legal documents, manage scheduling, and assist attorneys with trial preparation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of personal injury experience in a paralegal or similar role
• Minimum of two years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience for Litigation Paralegal position
• Familiarity with South Carolina and federal court procedures and rules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Litify experience is a plus
