Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to develop formularies and provide clinical support for medication management.

Key Responsibilities

Define and develop standard and custom formularies for assigned plans
Monitor prior authorization requests and provide clinical support to internal departments
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the pharmacy department

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (Pharm.D., M.S.) in pharmacy
2+ years of experience in mail order, retail, hospital, or managed care pharmacy, or 1+ years in a pharmacy residency program
Current state's Pharmacist license with no restrictions
