Job Summary
Seeking a South Carolina Licensed Physician, the remote position will provide direct patient care via telehealth, conducting virtual evaluations, reviewing health data, and determining treatment plans while collaborating with care coordination teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient consultations (synchronous and asynchronous, as applicable)
- Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory results to determine medical necessity
- Document all encounters, decisions, and prescriptions accurately in the EMR
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible to practice telemedicine in licensed states
- Licensed in multiple U.S. states (strongly preferred)
- Prior telehealth experience preferred
