South Carolina Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a complex statewide health system, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Program Manager will manage client-facing consultative services, facilitate organizational change, and oversee project governance and risk management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workflow design, user education, and implementation throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to identify project champions and develop strategies for success
• Oversee year-round governance, prioritization, and submission readiness across stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in health information systems, project management, or a related field
• Proven project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget
• Experience in developing training programs to promote the adoption of new systems and processes
• Strong ability to analyze data and present findings to senior management effectively
• EPIC experience is required
