Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Training and Quality Control Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical review decisions for accuracy and ensure correct application of CMS guidelines
• Develop and support a quality control program to evaluate clinical staff's technical knowledge
• Provide feedback and deliver remedial training to address performance gaps

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and medical review procedures
• Experience in reviewing medical documentation and applying clinical judgment
• Ability to evaluate clinical staff performance and provide constructive feedback
• Experience in developing or supporting quality control or audit programs
