Job Summary
To support new insurance account production and sales activities, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Risk Advisor will develop a client base, achieve revenue objectives, and maintain relationships with existing clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Achieves annual new revenue objectives through consultative sales and service line expansion
- Builds and maintains an active pipeline of qualified prospects and documents new business activity
- Assesses client risk needs and provides recommendations, transitioning sold clients to the account management team
Required qualifications
- Property and Casualty Insurance License is required and must be maintained
- College degree or a minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Experience working with complex commercial coverage
- In-depth understanding of insurance markets, products, and underwriting procedures
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
