Job Summary

To support patient care remotely, the full-time Contractor Nurse / RN (Compact) will oversee Medical Assistants, manage patient escalations, and ensure the safety and health of patients with chronic conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote clinical oversight for patients with chronic conditions, monitoring physiologic/RPM data and identifying care needs
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans while coordinating with medical assistants and clinicians for whole-person care
• Analyze and interpret patient monitoring data, applying clinical judgment to detect trends, risks, and necessary interventions

Required qualifications

• Must reside in South Carolina
• Must have an active Compact Registered Nursing License
• Must have a valid RN, NP, PA, or equivalent license
