South Carolina Licensed RN Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Behavioral Health Concierge Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day high-touch member management, including treatment plan coordination for high-risk patient populations
• Coordinate clinical services with external providers, vendors, and community services
• Participate in team training, continuing medical education, and prepare for external audits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree in nursing, graduate of an accredited school of nursing, or master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
• 5 years of case management experience as an RN or 2 years in a health insurance environment
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of hire or as defined by the Nurse Licensure Compact
• Nationally recognized case management certification to be obtained within 2 years of hire
• Working knowledge of word processing software and quality improvement processes
