South Carolina Licensed RN Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

Providing high-touch case management for members with complex conditions, the full-time RN Behavioral Health Concierge Care Manager will coordinate treatment plans, engage with external services, and develop individualized care strategies while working remotely from South Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day member management, implementing program goals and coordinating treatment plans for high-risk populations
• Collaborate with external providers and community services to ensure comprehensive clinical support
• Participate in training and quality assurance efforts, preparing for external audits

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification in a health-related field
• 5 years of case management experience or 2 years in a health insurance environment
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in South Carolina or a compact multistate license
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement processes
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
